Refund Policy

 

Every piece we make carries the marks of time, handwork, and intention. Because of that individuality, returns and refunds are handled with care and conversation rather than automation.

 

Eligibility for Returns

Each piece we send out is carefully inspected before leaving the studio. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 3 days of delivery with photos and a brief description. We’ll review the issue and work together on a resolution — whether that’s repair, replacement, or refund. 

 

Refunds & Exchanges

Once a return is approved and the piece arrives back safely, we will issue a refund (less shipping costs) to your original payment method, or offer a credit toward another work if preferred. Because every piece is unique, exchanges are often the best way to ensure you receive something equally special.

 

Shipping for Returns

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to damage or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable service and full insurance — the journey back deserves the same care as its first.

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once work has begun or materials have been prepared, cancellations may no longer be possible.
