Shipping Policy

Every piece we send out has already lived a story in our hands — cut, carved, woven, or cast with patience and care. Shipping is the last step of that story, and we treat it with the same respect as the making itself.

Processing Times
We do not rush our work, and we do not rush its journey to you.
Ready-made pieces: These are typically shipped within a week day.
Recreations may be made so this timeline is longer, and wait times can vary.  We’ll share an estimated completion and shipping window when you order, and we’ll keep you updated along the way.

Shipping & Delivery
Our pieces range from small, hand-held works to substantial furniture. Because of this, shipping methods vary:
Smaller works (frames, vases, paddles) travel carefully packed with standard carriers.
Larger works (tables, seating, or U-Cans) may require freight or white-glove delivery. We’ll connect with you directly to arrange delivery that respects both your schedule and the piece itself.

Costs
Shipping costs are calculated by size, weight, and destination. In some cases — particularly with larger or custom orders — we may reach out with a tailored shipping plan and invoice to ensure the safest transport.
International orders are welcome, but please note that duties, taxes, or customs fees are set by the receiving country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Packing & Care
We believe the protection of a piece should mirror the care of its creation. Each order is wrapped, cushioned, and secured for its journey. Wherever possible, we use sustainable materials, in keeping with our respect for the natural world that provides our raw elements.

Delays
Wood shifts, seasons change, and sometimes so do shipping timelines. While carriers and weather are beyond our control, clear communication is not. If a delay occurs, we will reach out promptly with updates.

Damages & Concerns
Though rare, damages can happen in transit. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice an issue, contact us within 3 days with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right. For freight deliveries, note any visible damage with the carrier before signing.

International Orders
Our pieces often cross borders, and we are honored to share them far from where they were made. International delivery times can vary, and customs may cause additional delays. Import duties or taxes, where applied, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Our Promise
From workshop to your door, we see shipping as more than logistics. It is part of the craft, part of the care, and part of the relationship we build with each person who chooses our work. If you ever have questions, special requests, or simply want to know where your piece is in its journey, we’re here to answer.
